Mmmm, succulent, chewy, gooey, rich, textured hell-tar!
EDIT: My physician has informed me I should not be eating the delicious hell-tar.

Fun fact: I jokingly asked my friend if I could use hell-tar for an ink substitute.
The gist of the reply was: "Not unless you want your paper to combust and then your hands."
Better off selling it to the local witches then!
Plastic umbrellas in neo-pan-asia cityscape is one of my favorite asthetics
Only docking a star because I know there's a perfect version of this with all those awesome colors you do but I of all people always respect the effort of greyscale
Understable lol. I was talking with TheExtremeH and they mentioned color as well,
With how much I've been able to see in Taiwan, there is more to come :)
Phenomenal. Is the Quake symbol in the back a deliberate or just a chance detail?
Very very cool
Yeah, it's pretty deliberate, as is the Signalis symbol it is sitting in. I'm just a hack of a fangirl plastering references where ever~
I adore the vertigo perspective
EDIT: Also to add HERE, because the original post was frontpaged and has a sea of comments; This is a very cool worldbuilding idea and I think it's most effective in this type of art (As opposed to writing where I think it could come across as bland techno-cult) You capture the most compelling part of the idea in your illustrations, which is the moment of discovery or the moment of realizing that the depths you've been exploring go even deeper, and every answer raises more questions. I see those ideas come through very clearly in a lot of your art, so I wanted to tell you I really resonate with it.
Thank you! I'm glad to hear you resonate with it. I'll definitely try to draw some more of these since people seem to like it and I enjoy drawing it.
AWOOGA
But this is heresy because Radha doesn't need to go to the gym, she gets her workout from punchung UW players in the face all day
That's true! XD
My favorite thing about them is they're not "Abysmal" researchers, they're "Abyssmal". Which isn't a word and would potentially bug me but it adds SO MUCH character to the art & the artist.
It's like you're progressively illustrating the world's wonkiest Dark Souls game's boss lineup.
Oh, and as always, stellar work.
You're so kind, thank you!! I'm glad people are noticing that the misspelling was intentional and it doesn't just make me look stupid, thank you!
I love him. I want to go on cool adventures with this dastardly rogue and be betrayed by him but then have him come back and give up all the money to save me because we bonded and became friends and he actually grows as a character but is still that same sleazy jerk that the audience liked seeing to begin with.
Pretty slick what you can do with just an expression and half of his face!
Gotta be the nicest, most hyperspecific compliment I have ever artistically received, thank you so much!
Damn. You are the guy I wish I could be
It has some upsides here and there.
I love seeing more of your world and characters, you make the most mundane areas into intricate and interesting little puzzles for me to think about the details of.
;v;
This made my day, thank you
Yes! Very good to see you making rapid and noticeable improvement.
This, is why you're my favorite skelleton, misa.
I'm a hobby artist who mostly draws characters from my tabletop games (D&D, most prominently). I almost exclusively work with pens and marker on paper, and I'm "Catastrophically colorblind" (Doc's words, not mine) so I typically stick to black and white.
